- **For Employers**: Post a shift with your requirements and get matched with qualified, available workers in approximately 10 minutes. Filter by skills, experience, languages, and work status.

Shifter connects people directly — it does not manage shifts, contracts, payments, or invoicing. Once a match is made, everything happens directly between the worker and the property.
