We are urgently looking for an experienced and independent Sushi Chef to join our team from September 10th. You must be able to: * Run the sushi station and manage service independently * Organize and prepare the daily mise en place * Have strong fish cutting and preparation skills * Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality * Work efficiently as part of a team A valid work permit is required – we can assist with its renewal/extension. €2,200 net/month to be renegotiate– 42.5h/week Private accommodation provided 2 days off per week Chamonix, France Starting September 10th – URGENT Please send me your CV and a brief description of your experience/or photos by private message.
